I was wondering the same thing last week.
You get more traffic if you switch to solo offline mode.

but still feels very empty and lifeless especially at noon time
The traffic is pretty light.
Perhaps everybody is at home watching the football finals on tv.
The English love their soccer.
tbh, I’m happy the traffic is light.
As a drifter, I love the servers, where sometimes theres no traffic spawning at all.
I’d love to know how to trigger that bug. Its useful.
