Am I not supposed to win this car for free? My buddy said he got it for free like the SST Truck, and I won that but I didn’t win the Cooper. Any ideas?

According to this post by ManteoMax you only get one reward car for Storm Island - can’t help any better than that as I cant remember. If you are the one who bought the Storm Island expansion on your account the cars will be free in the Autoshow the first time you buy one anyway.
