Forza Horizon 3 was a great game and the first one which released PC (Windows 10) .
I really enjoyed the game but the most party killer was being crashed randomly to desktop. This problem made most of PC players leaving the game because of it.
I just hope that developers will fix these crashing problems .
hope there will be any kind of confirmation about concerning to the crash game problems.

I think the majority of the blame goes to MS and Windows 10 with its flawed ecosystem. Every bigger Windows update (fall or spring) brings new issues. Game studios owned by MS should at least have better insight, but looks like it is not the case.
I agree, that the first 5 months (for me) of FH3 were very painful, but after that I had very little issues… until the big Windows update in April (I haven’t been able to launch FH3 ever since I installed the update).

i been playing on pc this week and have yet to crash at all i am on a I7 8700k 1080ti 16gb ram and so far nothing … i will be on tonight doing more testing to see
Horizon 3 has been long fixed. there should be no reason for you to experience crashes. Specs have nothing to do with it either.
OP is talking about performance issues upon launch. It is is something to be worried about. So far two games, and both of them have been a mess to run on PC. Let’s hope developers come out clean and larify whta has been done to prevent FH4 to repeat the never-ending headache that FH3 and FM7 have been.
I cant play Horizon 3 at all on my PC, it crashed every 5-10 minutes ( no other game does that, and I play a lot ) Its a shame but I know Horizon 3 was a port form the console, Forza 7 runs nice as its built from the ground up on PC! Hope Horizon 4 is the same.
I play on PC with no issues. There’s been a few patches where I would crash within 30 minutes and usually by the next day a hotfix has dropped to fix it. If you are still experiencing these issues it’s likely on your end. Try common fixes like tweaking your firewall and anti virus to give more access to the game.
As far as I can tell the game is on the same engine and everything, they recently updated Forza Horizon 3 and added resources from the new game in the process. That’s how people figured out it was Britain early. So FH4 should run very much the same as FH3. FH3 was their first time working with PC and the fact that we all run different hardware, so they’ve learned a lot in the last two years and I think that will translate to a much smoother launch. I’m interested to see what 75 people looks like in a server, I hope they have a couple big parking lots for meets.
Is the Forza Horizon 4 will still be crashing on XBox, and especially on the PC?
Wont know till the game comes out. devs aren’t going to say hey the game crashes like FH3 did on xbox and pc lol.
If you keep the same setup then probably.
I’ve had zero problems with FH3 so I’ll probably not have them with FH4
Let me get my crystal ball out. How would anyone know before it’s even released?
Hello I love FORZA Horizon 3 its easy the best car game I ever played but its not all perfect they is an ongoing issue with the PC version that the game crashes randomly to the desktop. The issue has been there for well over a year without any real feedback from the dev team on a fix. They is countless threads/posts over on the Horizon 3 forum about this.
For a game over £50 this is abit of a joke! Now I really want Horizon 4 but with the issues number three has how can I be expected to buy number 4??
Turn10 needs to address there backlog of issues that have been reported to them and not just ignore and move onto a new project.
Fork up $10 for a month of game pass and try for 1 month if game runs well then Buy the game but if it is a crash fest then only $10 wasted Or you could also get 1 Months game pass with Xbox Rewards or Microsoft Points it is 6,800 points for 1 month. and this would cost you zip
Ditch the PC and get an Xbox One console - life is some much easier there!

It stands to reason there will probably be big issues to iron out upon release. The issues in 3 were fixed eventually but when Forza 7 came out people were having the same problems all over again. Each game obviously has it’s own teething period.
Forza 7 is still crashing. Its best to not even go into the tune menu EVER in online play. You will get sent back to the Xbox home screen, then the game wont even re-open once you click on it
I must be a lucky one since i have only ever had it crash 1 or 2 times on PC and maybe the same on xbone and that is since release
