The last two weeks have been a low point in Forza 7 history. Failing to load, failing to connect to servers, Accelerator & Brake sticking (no not the controller) and some other really odd glitches. Jumpy replays. It has really put me off the game. Rivals not updating , messages not appearing. Rivals there one minute gone the next. I have been a great advocate for this game and supported it for a while now. This has tested my patience. What will be done ?
No, the low point on Forza 7 history would have been the first month after release. You obviously were not around then if you think now is a low point. A few server issues, which always seem to appear around a new title launch, is not the end of the world.

There are obviously varying issues for some, but in my case on an Xbox One X with a 50mb fibre line, my game hasn’t loaded anything multiplayer for the last 2 weekends in a row. Only during off peak times in the week can I even get into the league menus, or view rivals. Don’t even get me started on messages, haven’t seen one come in since the update.
The launch of the game was rubbish but at least things sort of worked relatively consistently. Now that the game actually has content to enjoy and things to do, I can’t sesm to access it when I have a few hours to play. Not a peep out of T10 regarding this either despite the forums and twitter full of complaints with everyone experiencing the same issue.
Im with you man. Now that the game actually has content I enjoy it barely works. The problem is T10 not being able optimize for all machines correctly. Hence some people have no problems while many of us DO.
The server issue are there and are undeniable. They weren’t perfect before the update but after its even worse.
For me, it takes me 2-3 tries to connect to the main lobby, sometimes wont connect at all. When it does connect and Im lucky enough to get to stay, Ill get massive lag and disconnect issues mostly at the end of the race with 2 or less minutes left.
Why all the time at 2 minute mark? This is because thats when ppl chose to stay in the room they landed in instead of exiting and finding another one. This SOMEHOW places a lot of stress on the servers makes me lag intensely, ram others when I didnt even touch them and then ultimately get disconnected. When the race has more then 4 or 5 minutes remaining, people leave to find another room with a race thats about to end quicker. I find my races are smoothest around this time since theres less “load” on the server or host. Im not sure how Forza server works but thats what Ive come to realize after observed this issue for months now.
