Issue with stuttering in the game despite none in benchmarks

I bought Forza Horizon 4 (on recommendation of friends) and love it. However, despite getting no stutters and really great performance when I run the benchmark (see picture link above), even at 2K and custom max settings, I get random stutters in the game. Any idea what this might be or how to fix it?

I have tried all obvious things like lowering settings and capping the framerate

I have, as you can see in the benchmark, a GTX 1080TI, 64GB RAM, 10 core processor, the fastest samsung solid state drive on the market and a 1GB, low latency internet connection

Just stutters or freezes for a frame or two? The latter is your internet connection.

Please submit a ticket here and attach a screenshot/copy of the benchmark so we can look into this.

Hi - I submitted a ticket. Also, re stutters or freezes, hard to say. Maybe it is freezes…

If it is the internet connection, not sure what to do there…

I have Comcast and, like I said, ping to my connection when tested is 10-20 MS for any game, 1000MBPS download, 35MBPS upload. I have not had any freeze or stutter issues related to internet in any other game

Any advice on what to do?
