Nope. The forums for the older games are just slower as they have lower population playing.

The game may still be online, but as there’s absolutely no new content, there’s basically nothing to talk about. Even old seasons aren’t getting recycled, but one season is repeated in an endless loop, which is getting boring very fast, so the game ultimately feels half-dead.
