Is the Nio awful slow for its PI?

I don’t often drive S2 cars, but I swear most of the ones I have driven easily go well over 200 mph.

I kind of suspect they just put it at 998 because there aren’t many upgrades for it and no one likes to race with a car that isn’t at the max PI for its class.

It is slow, heavy, comes with close to no upgrades but you have to give it one thing - looks cool.
Having said that, one of the most forgettable cars to grace Mexico and a super disappointing addition

The game overrates cars with lots of torque. Electric engine’s torque curve is flat and peaks at a high number. Game will think the car deserves a super high PI because the engine is a monster.

You dont need fast cars in FH5. That for a start. What you need are cars with good ACC and handling. So, yup, its a bit slow for its category but who cares. As long as it handles nicely and has decent ACC im perfectly fine with it. Someday people will understand that top speed is not that important.

Horizons torque number are questionable at times as well. Take any stock big block V8 (Chevelle, Buick GSX, et al) and gear it properly, They end up slower than snails. It’s why engine swaps are so popular. If the engine doesn’t rev to 9k minimum, you’ve lost.
