I know it’s hard to sell game and answer to anybody who complain…

But is that anyone behind this mail or it is just to calm people who complain by let them forgot how this support service sucks?

I’m waiting for answer since 2 weeks and no answers.

Give me a simple phone number to speak with someone for the payback of my game.

All mail sent to that address is read … eventually {they get a LOT of emails) but not all emails received by them require an individual response. Ive had 3 emails sent to that address responded to, its just a case of being patient.

U been waiting for 2 weeks and i have been waiting for almost 2 months now n no damn reply back at all. Cuz im ban n i havent even got any msg or notice of wat i did since i never sold anything illegal well at all.

I thought you were already answered on these forums. You twice (so you’re now on a 30-day ban) attempted to sell an item without the original artist’s permission. You would think after you were caught the first time, you would release that shouldn’t be done.

You will need to wait until Turn 10 investigates and gets back to you. As others have said, the auto-response you get means they’ve received the email.
