I borrowed a friends copy for a few days all I see new is super wheel spins @ cloths for my driver,I stop playing after the driver got his house.I see this game is on sale on dashboard right now is it worth it?I own and play every forza game all the way back too FM2.But after Pre ordering FM7 for $80. It gave me a bad taste in my mouth of everything coming soon aka rivals,house house,forzathon,vip limited 5 cards.Yes game got better after months of updates.should I wait?
If you have Forza Horizon 3 (i’ve the standard edition), it is not really necessary to buy Forza Horizon 4.
But i have don it and buyed the Ultimate Edition and can say:
FH4 is a way better FH3.
It runns better on PC (maxed out , wqhd, 80-90fps)
has more cars
more to do
funny online modes
bigger location, (i prefer england then australia; But that’s a matter of taste.)
they will constantly update FH4
and a lot little details that are better in FH4
Well everybody have on their own opinion but i cant in anyway to say fh4 is better than fh3, some little things fh4 do better than fh3 but fh3 do major things mutch better. And please tell me how fh4 has more to do when they have remove so many feature? Map is pretty mutch same size and online is unplayble.
And for opener, it’s depend what you are expecting on fh4, if you are looking same kinda online experience than fh3 or class base rivals then fh4 dont have nothing to offer you than single player. To me personaly i wouldnt recommended this game at anyone in this moment, way too many glitches and bugs and online experience is even worst than it was in fm7.

For me I’m contemplating if gamepass is good enough, but I would loath buying expansions for a game i don’t own.
Honestly it’s hard not to recomend this game considering how many hours I’ve put in to it.
All I will say is that the online play is a bit of a mess at the moment, so keep in mind you may be spending most your time racing NPC’s… unless of course you are a masochist? In which case you will love online team adventure

If you mainly play Single Player or Freeroam: It’s worth getting.
If you mainly play Rivals and Multiplayer: I’d avoid it for now.
If your mind still isn’t made up, download the free demo which shows off the first hour of the game.

I’d say it’s definitely worth it. I would even go as far to say it’s the best Horizon game so far. If you have an Xbox One X it’s even better with the new 60 fps mode. The rewards change so you may get clothes too but you get so many spins in the long run that it doesn’t matter. It keeps me hooked even though I fully completed it, 1000/1000 G yet I come back every day to play it more. So I can definitely recommend it, even though it has its fair share of problems and bugs.
Can you say why it’s best horizon game so far? Because i really wondering how some peoples says it’s best horizon game and same time many others including me think it’s worst horizon game so far.

Yeah, i have that mutch extra time and not any better to game play right now. playining time is also really bad indicator i get more playing all the time when i wrote this. (and i have spent thousands of hours in nhl series even that game series is just pure cancer that only make peoples mutch worst persons). And do i have say i dont like it? I like many things in horizon but that dont mean that i dont think this is worst horizon yet. This game have so many bugs and glitches that it dont even feel finnish game. And end game is lacking so mutch contect that without spreadsheet that i have made myself i would stop playining long time ago. This game have all the potential be best horizon game but before that can happend this game need some really big changes espicially in multiplayer (how can somebody even say this is best horizon game when it’s lacking core elements like solo online racing)
It’s not lacking any core elements that I use. Nor have I encountered any egregious bugs or glitches. I’d say it’s the best map of the base games. I’ve enjoyed the races in the game more than its predecessors. It’s brought in some vehicles I love. The route creator is delightful despite its limitations. The new advanced paint options were an unexpected and welcome addition. And the developers seem to be actively engaged in continual support (of the game, not necessarily the players) from the start, despite bellyaching from some players that their pet “problem” hasn’t been instantly solved with the wave of a magic wand.

Actively engaged? Are we living in the same world?? They have not been engaged at all. When have we heard feedback from their team about the awful exhaust noises. When have we seen posts here from their developers (NOT RK or mods).
Just the exhaust noises being wrong makes this the worse Forza game made.
“Of the game, not necessarily the players.” They’ve shown that they’re committed to continuing to update and improve the game, even if the most immediate changes and updates haven’t been what PvPers and, apparently, effete car snobs with petty hang-ups might prefer. I sincerely hope they make some reasonable changes for such folk down the line. They’ve allegedly made changes to some of the engine sounds since the game’s release, so perhaps that can be taken as a good sign.
Lol car snobs? Forgive me for playing a car game as a car enthusiast…how dare I?! It’s a car game, car enthusiasts are going to play this game, and car enthusiasts are going to be particular about exhaust sounds especially for iconic cars that have very particular exhaust notes that should not be messed up. This is not a “petty hang-up”. This is one of the biggest complaints of the community…

Yes “car snob”. It’s not an epithet. You can be a fan of cars without getting hung up on minor sound issues, you can even point out such things without being a snob - it’s when you snub over these little things that you’ve become a snob. For my part, the classic muscle cars from the 60s and 70s that I enjoyed growing up don’t have the throaty rumble I associate with them. But it’s no biggie. Not like when they changed the Coyote in Hardcastle and McCormick - in that case I snubbed like a snob.
Sigh…sorry for trying to push this team to create a game that deserves my $100. These are not minor sound issues. You’re clearly stuck back in the 60’s and 70’s and have not heard what new Ford GT’s sound like, or Vipers, or Ferrari’s, or Honda’s, or R3X’s. They are drastically wrong. That is not a minor issue. Stop being complacent and satisfied with sub par work.
I will be a “snob” all I want until these ‘minor’ changes are done.

For me buying this game was a HUGE mistake because everything I loved about past Horizons is gone.
The multiplayer gives no choice of class or venue and is basically a total mess being team racing only. Open class rivals are also gone with the only rivals available being extremely restrictive as to what cars you can use. And championships are largely gone except for a few VERY restrictive seasonal championships and blueprint championships are completely gone. Since these are the 3 areas where I spent 100% of my time playing past Horizons this one has no value for me. The game is restrictive with little choice and really NO features for long term playability for me since rivals and a compelling online racing environment are what kept me coming back to play every day for over 2 years each in both H2 and H3. I can’t figure out why ti turn on H4 after a couple of weeks as the game has no compelling reasons to keep playing… Biggest waste of money ever!

Singleplayer is great, the map is beautiful.
But and its a big but for me. Multiplayer and rivals is a mess, it really ruins the game for me especially because i race online 80% of the time.
If you mostly play offline its a great game. If you like multiplayer i would wait till they fix all the issues. Just read the forum about multiplayer its alot of negative posts.
