Is "a rally good time" accolade broken?

I’m not getting the accolade for completing all dirt races (which I’ve done), I can’t see what more there is to do. Do seasonal championships count towards this, do I need to win ALL of them or is it broken?

I’m pretty sure you have to switch the championship races to normal race mode for them to count. At least, that’s what I did to complete all dirt races, but with the current state of the game, walking on water might be easier than completing some of the accolades.

I did the normal race modes assuming that is what counts, that’s why I thought maybe the seasonals were part of it when nothing unlocked.

You have to win them all.
