I have done three live events this season and I have not received any points for them. It pops up at the end of the event indicating I received 30 points, but when I got into the Forzathon shop I do not seem them. If I go into the stats I see that I have entered and completed 3 Forzathon live events.

Now i lost over 400 FP. in the Morning i got 40 Points and thats it. So stupid. Points are lost and there is now Way to get it back. Pretty Good, i am so happy. Why i play that
Next stupid Thing. I collect 570, then i get 60 FP. on the Screen my Points 630. I logged out and in and the Points are gone. Now i own 570 Really Experts…
I had 1510 Points and completed the Daily today, which meant I completed the Weekly Challenges as well. I got the 20 Points (VIP) but there was no sign of the Bonus Points for the Weekly. I have only 1530 Points.

i wrote a Ticket, its open since Hours and noody answered. Really bad Service and the Game is bugged. STUPID!!!
I never get the Points back. Really unhappy

The team are currently looking into this issue and are investigating this further to why players aren’t receiving points.
I reported the problem that sometimes I do not charge points for Forzathron Live and once it was that instead of adding it took away it got an answer that it is impossible and what? however, there is a problem
I can confirm that the bonus FP points don’t apply. I finished this week’s daily/weekly and only got those points.
I now have 350 pts.
If the bonus FP points (30) were applied, I should have 380.
I also have VIP so then it would be double to 410.
So something is not right here. The normal daily/weekly pts though I have received double as it should.

The bug is still there. Since Days. I count and i lost more than 900! FP at this Moment. So ridiculous. We will never get the Points back or a compensation. Why i play this Game. So buggy.
Maybe i found a Solution until the bug is fixed. It works for me in the last 3 Events. So i hope thats a Way. After you completed the Event and get the FP you need to go to the Singlemode (offline). After i looged out and in my Points are still there. Please let me know if it works for you too.
I noticed I didn’t get my VIP double bonus today after completing daily and live events checked support and it said to make sure I had lake house. I had the lake house since i started in October. For some reason they took it away when they started new season today. I am out 140 points thanks alot.
+, didn’t get the points after the LIVE event end, even though I got the message “Points earned: 60” (or whatever it is in English, my lang is RU), the next moment the game crashed silently, and upon restarting it I see no new points added. UI issue or not, I hope devs would reward us (all the people affected with that stuff) greatly with 1k FPs (minimum), 'cause the amount of issues last month (not getting double bonuses and LIVE Forzathon points; constant post-update crashes; more lags than ever) is just excruciating.
No offense, but as annoying as it could be, it really is. Especially it is sad to see the game in this awful condition during the holiday season, where you want to play it and have fun with it, however those problems just won’t let you to.
Same here, didn’t get lots of points.
For me it works randomly, sometime it adds points, sometimes not. Yesterday, i didn’t get the points 3 times in a row… It’s getting to be very, very annoying.
