I was wondering if it would ever at all be possible to fully incorporate playlists from Microsoft Groove to give audio customization to create playlists of our own music or mix and mash exists songs on in our own playlists.

Yeah either Spotify or Media Player would be good for this. Or Microsoft could make a new one or rename Media Player.
The successor of Groove Music is Windows Media Player 2022 (Media Player) for windows 10 & 11.
