Groove Music Integration with Spotify

Now that groove music is being discontinued and is migrating to Spotify; does that mean I can use my Spotify playlist in-game?

yes i think i might be wrong i don’t know

According to the Verge, “While the streaming music element of Groove Music is disappearing fully, Microsoft says it will continue to invest in the music app for Windows 10 to ensure users can still access local MP3 files and those stored in OneDrive.”

So, my guess is that local and one drive music will still work, and there is a 0% chance of Spotify ever coming to FH3. That would require additional work from Turn10 on a game that isn’t their priority anymore.

It is their priority when the majority still play FH3.

A a secondary tier game that’s over a year old and has had a years worth of work put into it already or a primary tier game that is only a month old? Forza 7 is their top priority, not Horizon 3. And I’ll bet you don’t actually know if a majority is still on Horizon 3. I would make a safe bet and say that you’re wrong and actually a majority of players are on FM7. I would love for you to present your facts behind your assumption.

Horizon 3 just got a Xbox One X patch, if some work is still being put into the game, then I would really appreciate Spotify support now that Groove Music is dead.

You can still use groove using your own music
