Im tring to get online but it wont work

It says can’t join lobby, everything else works but I just can’t join any online match. My nat is open and I have tried almost every fix other than deleting my save. All other online game work like cod and titanfall

If all updates have been installed and nothing is downloading try doing a cold reboot. Hold down the power button on the console for 5 seconds until it turns off. Then turn it back on and see if that helps.

Thank you but that didn’t work as I said I have tried almost everything in my power, I just noticed that I can’t make a private party either, right after connecting to game server it says failed to create private game also

Make sure you have enabled IPSec on your router.

I want to thank you! I’m having the same problem and I tried everything, but without success.
In the moment I select ‘enable IPsec’ on my router, the multiplayer started to work perfect.

Hello, Im also having problems in multiplayer, it said unable to join session everytime I try. I have my nat open, also the ports open, and I tried everything and still nothing.

I see here that enable IPSec worked, but I dont know where to enabled it. PLEASE HELP. Thank you.

UPDATE:

I fixed the problem, what I did was login in my ISP web page, sign in with my user and password, and in the options it was 1 called PROTECTION. It was actived by default, so I turned it off and it solved my problem.

I guess it was an option that my ISP provides for some kind of protection, its like the firewall in router configuration.
