Im stuck in the loading screen (the one with the blue car)

i was trying to play the game but i cannot get pass the loading screen, i tried to search for a solution but i could not find one, i’m basically in the loading screen i waited for 20 min. and still nothing and it doesn’t show any error
my pc specs are:
GTX 1050
8gb of ram
intel i5 7300HQ
1tb HDD
