I can't download FXX and C-Type

Hi,

I can’t download the Ferrari FXX and the Jaguar C-Type available in the car pass (which I have). The game keeps displaying that they will be available on 29th November…

Do you know what I can do to solve this ?

I’m having the same issue as well. XBOX One S.

Game is updated properly. Just shows me the message that says “this vehicle will be available 11/29/2018”… which was now 4 days ago.

I’m getting the same thing…kinda is ticking me off

You have to reinstall the Car Pass, I keep getting the same thing every week, it decided to uninstall itsself, it errors on me 100x with cars that are already installed but finally gets around to ones that just got released and downloads them, restart the game and they are redeemable.

Another bug to add to the many.

So somehow the car pass uninstalled and that’s why I lost the ability…it was weird.

I’ve also just experienced this it’s annoying as you spend the money to have the car pass and yet you can’t have all the cars due to this bug in game, so will forza give us something for compensation due to us not getting what we payed for when they fix this bug in the game. It would be a nice gesture if so :grinning:

This has been happening to me since I upgraded to a One X, I don’t recall it ever being a problem on my old One.
