For some reason, I can’t delete the message from Turn10 Community Team. I press the x-button, but nothing happens, the message is not deleted. Everyone has this problem or just me?
Same here (Xbox One X).
I suspect it’s been set up so that it cannot be deleted. There’s a similar message in Forza Horizon 3.

It doesnt appear as new every time you start the game…only that first time it was sent

No, it’s not the issue, it’s just not normal that it’s can’t be removed.
I’ve got messages from turn 10 in fm4 that can’t be deleted… it’s pretty normal

Just use the “Y” button to mark as read, and the notification won’t show any more. The message doesn’t show as “new” thereafter although it is there probably through the four-part series on Forza Horizon 4 is completed.
In this case, there is no possibility to press the “Y” button, there is only the “B” button - to return and “X”- to delete.
Yes, I think this message will disappear, or there will be a possibility to delete it, after livestreams on FH4 will be completed.
