Am i the one who thinks the Tachometer is completely useless?
its a racing game, at least it should have a functional tachometer
i tried both ANALOG and DIGITAL, both are useless past redline.
- its too small
- it doesnt have a pointer, past redline its brighter red on red, so i cant rev until the max rpm and shift to next gear, i have to shift earlier or wait till the sound of the rev limiter to shift.
please just make the tachometer the same as horizon 2, or any real life tach with a pointer and scales wich we can actually see.
Agreed. There just aren’t enough reference points. You have to guess where e.g. 7350rpm is. More lines would be appreciated and perhaps a needle. Not everything needs to be sleek and simple, T10

Add an option to have the tach in the centre of the screen similar to Forza2 for bonnet and bumper cams ?
The UI in Forza2 bumper cam was sublime, nice even distance to breaking markers either side of the track to the graphic UI - It was one of the best laid out HUDs of any race game for me, I think it would be great if they could bring this back.
I don’t really have an issue with the tach though I prefered the look of the one in Horizon 2. I would have to agree that a needle would be better though.
