Hub Problem I haven't been able to find an answer to.

I finally got my Xbox One and started playing Horizon 2 the other day. It’s just great. I also love the Hub! But my friend came over, and I said hey, why don’t you log in and work on your progress. Told him to sign into the Hub, its pretty cool. Well he tried, typed in his email, then password, then log in. All it does is shoot us back to the “Choose Profile” screen. Only two profiles are my profile, and his. We clicked his, shoots us back to the same screen. Click “Choose Profile” again, now it says “Forza Hub encountered an error” On BOTH of our accounts now. Is the Hub down? Couldn’t find a status on it.

Remove his account from your console, reboot console using the cold boot cycle, sign into live, start FH2, start Hub, make sure only your account is listed & signed in.

Trying to delete an account, Need some help Xbone.
Easy on 360.
