How To Tune Drag Cars Like A Pro

No problem!

And my settings for the shocks and springs was based on real-world.
We’d disconnect our sway bars.
We’d swap out our rear springs back to stock (nnothing like 30+yyear springs to be squishy) and ran modified rancho rs 9000 shocks all around.
Stiffest settings up front
Softest in rear.

We experimented of course but that turned out right.

Works great in the game too.

Basically the key though is “sseat time.” Nothing like it. The more you drive the more you learn. It’s why I love driving be it in real world or in this game so much. I can hit top 1% on the leaderboard but that still means thousand of drivers are still faster

Most importantly enjoy it

Great tips!

Thank you all for the Feedback! I didn’t notice this had many views and things, and I have found out a lot of new things! Just PM me or message me on XB1 For more help!

Really nice post!:raised_hands:
This definently helps me get primed for when I get the Hellcat or Demon to rocket down the strip on Forza 7. I have little knowledge in drag racing and your post helped me understand more about it. Thank you

Would love to see a burnout box that what makes it drag racing

I’ve been playing since Forza Motorsports 3 and I soften it all then smooth out the suspension so it rides well and can take a turn for drag racing starting with the dampening then I work my way to the anti roll bars then I mess with the diff and depending on the torque and when it comes in you could set the acceleration between 97-98 and the deceleration from 21-24 and the less rear gear the better because it’s less likely to spin but if it kicks and dies then you got too much 1st and not enough rear gear and if it goes and spins you got too much rear and not enough first but also by tuning the springs you can compensate for it sometimes but let’s KISS keep it stupid simple sometimes the range the suspension moves can slow the car down because that’s lost time! #RedlineMotorsports fast cars that you can drive
