How to know which tune to buy?

Hi all. I just got into F5 rivals and am having fun with it. I would like to know what the best way is to find a good tuning setup from the tuning setup manager in the game? I don’t want to spend a ton of time tuning the cars myself so I like the idea of buying these setups and just paying CR for them. Just to give me a bit of an edge. I’m not looking to break the top 50… I’m happy with breaking the top 500!

Should I just choose the one with a high rating based on my filters for type and track?

Is there a way to see what tuning setup someone in the leaderboards has used if it’s available in the store to buy?

I have all the car assists turned off except ABS so I’m looking for tunes to give me a little extra bump.

There is a list of “recommended” tuners that folks have posted in this forum, so, you can search for that. At times, you can also go by the ratings, yet, I personally do not use it as often. I would suggest you go by the recommended list and search for track/class. There are also many open-sourced tunes you might like…these are posted by Craviator, gtFOOTw, General Swift, GSR RoadRunner, and others.

Some do specify ABS, yet, I do know that General Swift’s brake settings work for both (ABS, non-ABS). You can also search folks like EMW Simmo that use ABS 100% of time.

Good luck!

one tip I would give to you, if you found good tune that hit’s spot on with your driving style for one car, it’s highly likely that the same tuner has multiple good tunes that will match your driving style. therefore you can follow the tune creator, and if he has tune for the car you would like to have it will pop up on first page always.

Agreed!
