How to get disc 2 on Xbox 360 E?

I just bought the platinum hits collection for $2.99 which includes all the DLC on disc 2. When I try to install disc 2 on my Xbox 360 E it tells me I need an Xbox 360 hard drive. This is really aggravating and I am wondering if there is some kind of storage device i can buy that will remedy this problem?
