G’day guys so supposedly my ban ended about 10 minutes ago (was 1 week)
I just went on to check and delete the offending files
just wanted to ask how long it takes to restore access?
as I still have no access
I would have thought if because you had a clock in the message center message it would have stuck to that
any help would be great

There was a glitch (you’re the fourth one) where bans didn’t expire. Turn 10 is checking on it.

Can you check in-game again please, our system shows the ban as expired.

If you don’t currently show you have access, exit the game properly and restart your Xbox One console to get a fresh connection. (NOT a hard reset of the console.) If you were already in the game and it was showing unexpired, perhaps just a refresh of the game loading would get you the current information off the servers.
Unfortunately I’m still getting this message when I try to search tunes, liveries etc.

Hey guys sorry to sound like a pain but it’s been over 12 hours just wondering if there’s been any news on a fix for the glitch?
I’ve tried a number of times throughout the day and evening but am still getting the banned message.

There was also something weird that didn’t click with me until now but when I went into the message center while the ban was active I had 2 messages with different countdown until end of ban times.
may have something to do with the issue.
Ok so this is weird I just went on to see if it was still screwed up and tried by going to an online lobby I got in.
however I still have no access to pictures, setups or liveries
With all this stuff going on, perhaps you should try a hard reset of the Xbox One, then try the game again:
1 – from the Dashboard, out of all games, hold the X button on the front of the console down until it shuts the system down.
2 – Disconnect the external power from the wall plug (or at least disconnect the wall-side connector on the power pack itself).
3 – WAIT until all power drains from the external power pack (no light, either white or dull orange showing on the pack).
4 – Reconnect the power supply to the electrical outlet.
5 – Restart the console in the usual manner, i.e., either with the controller or a short push on the X button on the front of the X1.
6 – WAIT until the console self-checks and fully boots to the Dashboard before attempting anything.
If you don’t disconnect the external power pack and let the power completely drain out, the system is still retaining “old” stuff and not resetting.

Come on turn 10 you really need to work on your customer service and bug fixes a little bit.
It’s been OVER a week now and not a single word about a fix for my problem.
what makes it worse is you make it impossible to contact you directly.
I still have no access to download setups, liveries etc. however I can get into a online lobbies.
I also just loaded up FH2 to see if anything was different because I was concerned I would have to cancel my FH3 ultimate edition pre-order (being an aussie you can imagine how much I want this game)
however it appears I do have the ability to download liveries, setups etc. in Horizon 2
restarts, hard restarts etc. has not worked so as suggested the problem is at your end turn 10.
It would be really nice if you could do something to help or atleast let me know it’s actually being looked at
It is really disappointing to find out a company you’ve been loyal to has no ability or intention to help with customer service

TWO WEEKS a patch & still no fix not even a response from anyone at turn 10
not to mention the only legit email I’ve found after two weeks of searching gave me an automated response that sent me back here.
there are smaller developers with less people working for them with less budget that have customer service that is miles better than you people.

I’ve dinged them again, too. Sorry, but hopefully they’ll find something soon and get it fixed for you.
Give it another shot. There was some data out of sync on the server left over from the problem we had with lifting bans a while back. You should be free to access all in-game features again.
