Being new to FM5 I’m having to get used to this new way you have to go about acquiring tunes and paints. It looks like instead of the FM4 way of being able to sort either according to highest rated, most downloaded, oldest, newest, price that highest rated is the standard default? But if you try to narrow down and search for a particular tune class then the only way it shows them is by newest and I can’t figure out how to search any other way. Also what do those blank boxes with just green lines mean? Maybe they haven’t been downloaded yet? If you pick on there is a tune in there it appears but just not on the first screen.
There’s no other way to search outside of key words or specific person.
The green bar stuff is a glitch from what I can tell.
Its a terrible system and takes too long to find stuff.
You have to be in the car for which you wanting tunes\designs for. Its a bad system that im guessing will be scrapped in FM6. The best way to see a variety is here in the catalogs/tune shops.
It seems to me like it favors recent tunes. In Forza 4 I always went to highest rated and most downloaded first. Unless maybe that’s what they’re now calling “recommended”. But who’s doing the recommending? You’re right, it is a terrible system. That part I saw right away.
Yeah I knew about being in the car. That carried over from Forza 4. I did see a posting for a tune for the Toyota GT One which I used.
