How do I get the reward cars

Forza Motorsport 4: 2009 Ford Focus RS
Forza Motorsport 5: 2013 Ford Shelby GT500

I qualify for all these but I didn’t get any of them, what do I have to do to get them? I got the credit rewards (For each game with 50 - 199 cars in your garage, you’ll receive 100,000 in-game credits) but not the cars. HELP!

I never got my credits bonus on top of not getting any cars. I made sure I was tier 6 and had 300+cars in FM4 and FH before I started FM6 and nothing was rewarded to me. Good luck in getting an answer from anyone here who knows anything. Nobody seems to know anything here.

Bump :slight_smile: I am in the same situation. There is probably a simple solution that I (and the other two posters) have simply overlooked, so if someone on this forum could point it out, that would be very helpful. T.I.A.

Super great… So Forza and Turn 10 kicks me hardly in ass again. After not updating rewards and Tiers some time ago, after recent missing credits after mid-week Tier progressing, after complete DLC for FH2 not working as intended. And again this is the regular thing, as there are more not serviced people who have the same problems as I…

“For each game with 300 or more cars in your garage, you’ll receive 5,000,000 in-game credits” - I qiualify 3x times (for FH, FH2 and FM5).

And I received NOTHING. Simply nothing. What should I do? Send another unanswered e-mail to forzafb@microsoft.com ? I need a WORKING solution.

THIS thread, and WatchingPolecat (a T10 employee) are where these should go, anywhere else and you are wasting your time.

  1. If you move up a tier after starting FM6, you won’t get the loyalty reward cars for that higher tier. Same is true if you didnt meet the requirement for a previous game. These are one time gifts upon the start of the game.

  2. I can’t remember how it worked, but the cars may have appeared in the gifts tab and not in your car garage. Where you check messages there are multiple tabs and one tab has the gifts T10 may send to players. Idk if those messages expire after a certain time though.

  3. All gift cars can easily be bought in game after a few hours of play time due to low prices on cars. It’s not the end of the world.

To RPM Swerve

  1. I am able to read with understanding. I’ve read FM6 Loyalty Rewards announcement. All listed entitlements were reached before I started FM6 for the first time
  2. As you should notice I played other 3 Forza games. I know how Hub works and how to receive in game gifts. The problem is that my Loyalty Rewards haven’t appeared anywhere. Not in hub nor in messages. Nothing just appears in garage. You always have to “buy” free cars through Autoshow.
  3. You’re perfectly wrong. If someone advertise certain product or service to contain certain elements or work in certain way then he is obligated to fulfil these promises. If he is not able then as a consumer I may ask for refund. Loyalty Rewards announcement says that these are “great rewards to start your Forza Motorsport 6 career!”. I started my FM6 career and I haven’t received advertised elements.

have you looked in your garage to see if they were automatically put in there

if not did you look in the “find a car” section…they may be waiting for you to collect for free

if not it’s probably bad luck, the game was released almost 18 months ago and there’s not much support for it
if you are that way inclined to ask for a refund because of this issue don’t be surprised if it is refused as Forza rewards is a bonus

the credits are so easy to earn in this game especially with the loyalty credits you receive at beginning and the high wheelspin payouts, not to mention the mod card bonuses that the cars you are not receiving for free are not hard to pay for
with me being only a casual player and having 100 million credits that i cant do anything with i wish i could gift them away

The problem is that I haven’t received ANY loyalty rewards. Not cars, nor credits.

And no, no cars are just added into your garage without your knowledge, in any forza game that I own (FH1, FH2, FM5, FM6, FH3). You must “buy” them for free from autoshow or claim via Forza Hub as reward. But I haven’t seen there any reward for my FM6.
