How big is FH5 on PC?

I am very low on storage space on PC, so I would like to know how big it is before I install it. Also if it’s a zip that needs to be opened I need twice as much space.

The size is 102 GB

[Edit]: No zip to be opened.

OK thanks, managed to delete some games that I have completed.

Actually with the extra cars it is more like 136GB
