Sorry, but this isn’t Forza at all.
It’s like that Cunning Stunts DLC from GTA V, but in a way more childish way. A big part of the Forza Community is way older than the target Group of Hot wheels.
The Horizon series was always the relaxed counterpart of the Motorsport series and this expansion does the exact opposite. I actually feel betrayed for purchasing the expansion pass and getting a sponsored DLC.
I was kind of angry about the Porsche DLC being excluded from the carpass, but this is another step into the direction, I don’t want Forza to become.

This expansion is the equivalent of call of duty going into space. In one swoop they’ve just destroyed the forza name.

GTA has an expansion for this rubbish, that’s where it should of stayed. Gutted I’ve already wasted my money on this crap.

Oh that explains it, we all forked over money so one of the bosses who I rember reading about saying his 5 year old loves to just bash cars arround the track, so guess who payed for daddys littel boy racing game.

Ps I stoped playing with Hot Wheel cars over 40 years ago, Kept them and gave them to my kids to chew and suck on.

You weren’t ripped off. You paid for two expansions and you got two expansions. A new map expansion was never promised by anyone (the icon to represent the expansion pass is a generic one and signifies nothing.)

Technically, they added six new islands, therefore expanding the map.

Does this mean we get 6 themed islands of regular roads that are joined up with hot wheels track to travel between them OR are the 6 themed islands all hotwheels and nothing else ?

It does say themed islands connected by hotwheels, nowhere does it say 6 hotwheels themed islands… tasmania is an island… sorta

There may be a lot of whining for nothing if we get both…maybe relax and wait see…im just happy for the cars either way.

You bought an expansion pass without knowing what was in it besides 2 unknown expansions, perhaps re-evaluate buying passes such as this sight unseen in the future, but you certainly weren’t “ripped off”.

You bought an expansion pass without knowing what was in it besides 2 unknown expansions, perhaps re-evaluate buying passes such as this sight unseen in the future, but you certainly weren’t “ripped off”.

Yes, I paid for EXPANSIONS sight unseen. My point is this is not an expansion in the context that it was presented. A pass that was released along side a real expansion (Blizzard Mountain) with the purchase of a second “expansion” leads me to assume that there would be another map expansion. This is orange track tossed all over the existing map therefor it’s not an expansion in the context it was presented. This is a modification of the original game not an expanse of the area of the game.
