Hi folks having an issue with the hot wheels dlc.
I’ve paid for it through the game and it confirms that it’s paid although I can’t get it to download/install it just keeps saying pending. I’ve updated the console and the game still no joy any and all help greatly accepted my son’s so excited and I wouldn’t mind a blast as well 
OK hold the power button in till the consol turns off then turn off at wall for 10 to 15 minutes then plug back in and power up go to games and apps then sleelct manage game Horizon 3 then go to waiting to install and sellect all this should start the download.
