Horns and License not Linked to Cars?

Is it just me or does anyone find it strange that when you customize a license plate or change your horn, the changes apply to whatever car you’re driving? I took the M4 at the beginning of the game and created a not-too-clever BMW related license plate for it along with a BMW sounding horn. When I changed to a car in the American Muscle category, neither of those options made any sense.

Maybe I’m just doing it wrong?

The license plates and horns are shared across all of your vehicles. If you have a custom license plate & horn, those will carry over to every vehicle you own, unfortunately

Thanks for confirming that. I appreciate it. IMHO, it’s an oversight or a bad choice in the game design. But…no big deal!
