In the Q&A portion of today’s Let’s Go! stream, someone asked if we would be getting a filter for Horizon Open Racing and they said to wait for Series 6, when they would have something to tell us. It seems like we’ll finally get it!

That’s the best news in this livestream. The question is: why do you remove each time Filters in Online Races even though you know that players will complaints heavily about it and you have to add them back? Just keep them lmao

I wouldn’t read that them having Somthing to tell us means they are going to implement a filter, it could equally be them saying it can’t or won’t be done.

I couldn’t remember what they said exactly, so I replaced it with that. It was said in a pretty positive way.

Seems like that might not be the only thing like that that they’re adding in the next update. Here’s a sentence from the conclusion of the news page for the series 5 update: “Stay tuned for Series 6 details later this month in what we’re calling The Horizon Customs Update.”

Yeah, I was looking at this thread thinking “I’ll believe it when I see it”. I rarely do Open racing so this wouldn’t affect me but I will still be happy to see it in the game as a lot of people want this feature

OP: Maybe add the word “allegedly” to the title? Your title, as it stands, makes people think it is a definite 100% nailed on certainty…when no-one knows what actually is being added…and we all know there is a big difference between what is hinted at by PGG and what is reality

I suspect they are edging thier bets, just incase they can’t get it ready in time for series 6, they will just roll out another announcement instead and claim that was what they meant anyway.
