Have recently got car pass for horizon 4 and redeemed and installed it and it has only let me download cars upto 29/11/18 from the there it comes up can’t download as its not released but it’s now 2019. So can’t download the cars for end November and December. Has anyone else had this problem??

Yes, I have had the same problem sometimes. Had it today, but signing out/in and restarting the game made it work this time.
