I usually pick up my weekly rewards after theyve been redeemed via the message centre, then messages(?). But now Im not getting the message tab in the message option. its pnle daily payouts, rivals, and news. There used to be another option where i could download the redeemed reward. Whats up with this?
It is broken, and a “known issue.” T10 will get it straightened out.

Not seeing the gifted tab is a new feature, if there are no gifts to receive.
Not getting the rewards is a totally different issue.
