Is it possible to hire drivers to race for you in horizon 4 and motorsport 7? if yes, how to do it? i have been looking everywhere but there’s no guide for it.

Nope. Can’t remember which was the last game that had it, either…
In Forza Motorsport, I’d hire them for Endurance races. Or for a series that required a car I absolutely didn’t want to drive.

Very fun and useful mode in past forzas.
Same reason as people like manager mode in sport games where they simulate the games but build the teams.
It’s fun to build a car for a specific race, upgrade and tune it and simulate the race.
If you notice your driver/car struggles somewhere and finishes second, you tune it differently and try again.
Just like If you’re an engineer at Porsche designing the new race Porsche and you hire a driver to drive it. It’s fun.
Like if you have the newest Camaro and the newest mustang and you wanna see the computer simulate a race between them. You can even make a drinking game out if it with your friends like horse racing and make bets. The possibilities are endless. No bias put in.
It’s a huge part that’s missing the last few years. It’s like sports games removing simulate game options…not a good idea. They should bring it back.

I found it especially useful in FMS 4 for races I didn’t want to do using cars I absolutely hated driving .
