Just wondering what the fastest/highest mph achieved on lemans straight a way is so far? I hit 284mph in the gtr but im sure theres a higher one… Anyone that can lead me in the right direction?

I have hit 232 in a b class. The old Audi au.
To clarify on your OP when you say highest speed possible: do you mean absolute highest speed, I don’t care if I fly off track and hi the wall at the corner, or do you mean highest speed achievable and still take the corner at the end of the straight?
I hit that 232 and nearly went off the turn at the end of the straight. However the car was a ***** throughout the rest of the track.
Mine in C class does about 227ish.

Absolutely, the worst part of it is trying to keep it form skating around on those stock tires.
I am curious as to which GTR you did that with & if you drafted to get that speed?

Fully upgraded it can hit 284 if you go down the Mulsanne the wrong way, not sure what it can hit going the correct way though.
That doesn’t answer the question which GTR - one of the Skylines (or more likely) The Ultima GTR?
Actually both of those guesses are wrong. The highest MPH car I know of in the game is the Nissan R-35 GTR capable of speeds in excess of 280 mph.
Not sure where i did it but i got the Mc Laren P1 at 324mph, next time i make sure i record it but i hit over 300mph in a lot of races.
I have a shared R class Nissan GT-R tune that will do 280 mph, in P class the car will do 280+mph. Fastest record time tho was when my buddy went thru the map on Bathurst and as his car was floating recorded a 400mph speed 
not really official but It stuck with the cars stats
