What’s the deal with H&S Hiders being placed outside the playzone?
I’ve encountered this about 3 or 4 times now.
The Hider is outside the playzone so you can’t even get near, then they appear back inside the zone after the hider timeout period starts, so no pings and no idea where they are even though they were directly ahead (outside the zone) before the timeout.
Just another glitch that needs sorted.
Which environment? I’ve participated in over 1000 rounds and haven’t encountered any of the such.
I do know of an area that you can hide behind a bridge (legitimately) at the north of a map that I use frequently that drives seekers nuts tring to find me. Only a few seasoned H&S players even use this strategy.

It has happened on a few I think. Last night it was Mulegé (I think).
All seekers were parked at the edge of the blue wall line facing out (northern edge) and the radar showed the hider car a long way straight ahead so definitely outside the playzone.
I also find that if you stay stationary for too long it disconnects you from the session.

Yeah, i saw that yesterday too. In five roubds it only happened once. Pretty sure its just a glitch, not a cheat.
Yeah - My original thread topic said glitch but for some reason Max changed the topic header.
Never called it a cheat mode though.
I’ve played thousands of rounds so maybe that’s why I’ve seen more of it.

Sorry didnt mean to infer/imply that you said cheat. I just meant that i could see some people thinking it’s a cheat. Ive just gotten started with the hide and seek feature myself… ive been concentrating on other accolades mostly.
