Just hoping for some advice.
I have come her after having had real issues with tokens. (I now see all of the alerts for issues, but might be a bit late) as I have downloaded 2700 tokens for forza 5, bought a car after a few failed attempts, and now I have lost nearly 1000 tokens but no car? What’s the best form of contact for me to raise this in your opinions?

I have gotten onto xbox support and they have directed me back here, after trying again today to buy the car (929 tokens) it has again taken my tokens but nothing to show for it, please help

Hope it helps, also FYI, I have written to turn 10 directly, and I just got a generic email back saying they cannot answer individual emails, and again directed me back here. Its such a shame.
The auto-response is so you know the email has reached the destination. They cannot immediately respond to emails, but do prioritize them and investigate. The reference to the forums is made because most questions have already been answered here.
