when i launch game it says load from cloud or xbox neither work and instead start a new game. I was level 255 and had 250 cars and 4 million in the bank now nothing ?? how can I fix this Thanks :}
Nothing can be done.
You will just have to start over again.
All your stats will still count but cars and credits will be gone forever.
I know cause the same thing happened to me.
