(HELP!!)horizon 3 auction issues...I can't get my credits back

This is my first time use the auction house. I want to bid for Ford GT 2017 SE, and I failed…
But the question is, my one million credits cannot take back!!!
Once i click the‘collect credits’button, it told me the server got some problem, and then I enter the detail page again it just told me i failed and I can’t see other buttons.
I restart the game then I even can’t see the notice again, so i can’t check the auction detail too…

Forgive my poor english, but can anyone help me??one million is almost all I got. I bought the game three days ago and it’s good, but if i can’t get my credits back I think I may not play this game anymore…

Hello, yesterday i was bidding for a Ford GT HE and it went up to 1 000 000, and i got outbid by someone else, after that i tried to collect the credits but the Auction house took a little bit longer to load and when it loaded i didn’t recieve my credits and I can’t see any more messages at my auction alerts, so basically i can’t get them back. Help me get my credits back.
