Many people received 2 po cars from watching stream, i ve watch the stream in pc and Xbox and phone of course on mixer to be sure. but i have received nothing ! Very legit Turn 10 studio

I have not received mine either. I definitely watched using my linked account and commented periodically. This is the same account I used for FM7 events and always got my rewards in a very short amount of time.
I suppose it would only be fair to spot them the 48 hours; and besides, I still have my Playlist homework to do in the meantime. 
I don’t envy the position that this promotion has put Nitro Glitter. Anyway, folks better be on their best behavior 'cause Nitro Glitter’s making a list. 
And checking it twice. Gonna find out who’s naughty and nice. Ni-tro Glit-ter’s co-ming to town.* So gather 'round.

I wouldn’t worry just yet about having to prove that you watched the broadcast. The reason why I say that is because I watched the live broadcast in the exact same way that I earned all my Mixer influence for FH4 and didn’t receive the gift cars. TBH, it’s actually a good sign that so many people haven’t gotten anything either because it probably indicates that something else is going on here that’s unrelated to the accuracy of the viewer list.
The high error rate is suggesting to me that the entire gifting process was done manually over four days. Perhaps the first half of the initial viewer list were split among several people, which could explain why the cars were slowly being delivered alphabetically in an ascending order. I’m guessing that fatigue and boredom from the monotony of processing the gifts by hand caused the accuracy to quickly dwindle after the letter ‘b’. The duplicate cars also suggest that a conscientious processor didn’t know if a particular gift went through and decided to try again to be on the safe side. Meanwhile, some rogue processor(s) probably got fed up with the absurdity of doing everything by hand and decided to skip every third user on his/her list.
With proper coding, machines don’t make the number of unexpected errors that we’re seeing here. If this is in fact the case (that the gifting were done manually) then I think that it would’ve been a better investment of time to have had a few of T10’s newest coders write a script over those same four days as an exercise, than to subject their employees to the alternative. That way they’d be able to reuse that same script for future promotions. IMHO, that would’ve been a good ROI than burning all that potential productivity in a one-time use solution.
If you haven’t done so already, then I highly suggest that you contact Support for the PO car(s) that you didn’t receive when pre-ordering Horizon 4. I understand how you feel about not wanting to go through the hassle, because I never received my McLaren Senna for playing the FH4 demo and thought it not worth the effort for something that I’d probably get later on while playing the game. (FYI: Still workin’ on the Senna. 
Also, PG had no issue sending me the “Horizon Tee” from the demo. So go figure. 
) However, in this particular case, I made an effort to set aside time to watch a program that they insisted had to be watched live. So I feel very compelled now to invest even more time getting something that has no real world value to me, because I really must see how deep this absurd “PO car” rabbit hole goes.
TBH, I would rather have not watched the live broadcast at all, very well knowing that I wasn’t entitled to the promotion, than to have set aside time for PG’s broadcast and to have to invest even more time now for something that should’ve felt like a “gift” from the very beginning. I don’t feel that there were any real winners here except for those that maybe got exactly what they expected (or even more) for investing far less time than I have.
The real fish-tail-slap-in-the-face here is that I happened to look at my FM7 Message Center and T10 apparently gifted me a bunch of cars over several months that I didn’t expect at all. The irony is that I haven’t played FM7 as much as FH4, yet I have a far better garage in Motorsport 7 than I do in Horizon 4. So I really have to question the person several weeks ago that said that progression in Horizon 4 is way too easy. I don’t see that at all, and this “free” gift fiasco being the proverbial cherry on top of the [1-Year birthday] cake really makes me feel as though there is some sort of progression limits being imposed on my account. Or maybe T10 just wants my business more than PG, and this promotion was internally sabotaged by track-loving enthusiasts?

I don’t lecture anyone, you just never learned how to deal with criticism.
While I remain factual you tend to insults and provocation.
You have to be right no matter what it takes, including reporting my posts to mods apparently.
So after they removed my replies in that other thread you edited your posts so that nobody could see the things you said to me.
That’s just childish.

I don’t need to report anything when you’re being yourself in a moderator’s thread, and by all means, if you don’t like it, instead of blaming me, go argue with the guy, and defend in court how you “remain factual” with your so-called “criticism”, how I deserved it, and what injustice you suffered at “my” hands once the mod read it.
You’re kind of cute at this point, but starting what you cannot finish, and all this bile and hatred… are not the way for you to get you the cars, or anything or anywhere in general. Even if we pretend I’m wrong, and you have conclusively proved it once and for all, whatever could you possibly gain? There must be a better hill for you to die on. Then again, probably not.
I have to say that you are not impressing many of us with these types of posts.

No no no, your argument, or should I say, you tantrum, began by saying I did it for the attention. At your age, any age, you’re getting too old for this stuff.
That ‘many’ meaning fewer than those needed to assemble a team for Ranked, I’m even less impressed than thou. Particularly when this game is played by millions.
Finally somebody gets it. Let’s add that people from all over the world play this game, and their proficiency with English varies, further calling for crystal clear and yes, repetitive and redundant instructions.
Making this a place that reasonably fun, happy and useful for as many players as humanly possible, that’s what motivates me. It is it’s own reward. Not “attention”. Not “impressing others”. Those are completely foreign to me.
Let’s take a close look at what Nitro says here, because I think it is relevant to the interest of all who are actually participating in the conversation:
- There is an automatically generated list from Mixer
- Nitro is going to read your ticket and search for your Gamertag in that list on Monday
- If you didn’t receive the cars, another attempt to send them to you will be made
So the way she puts it, this is not about:
- “Nitro acknowledging you were not on the list, but you should have been on the list”;
but about: - “Nitro acknowledging you were already on the list, but you did not receive the messages anyway.”
Some players said they received not 1 but 2 of each car, so we do know the message system didn’t work perfectly. Or, in other words: there is still hope!

Since my motives have been the hottest topic as of late, I’ll make a confession: I do indeed have a personal stake in having as many you as possible getting the PO cars.
Because if they give away something else in a future stream in a similar fashion, I would like this process to work properly, as I wouldn’t want to be among those watching a stream, following the instructions to the letter and somehow not receiving the related gift… This shouldn’t be a lottery! Submit your ticket and let me know here how it goes.

I can see her point (kind of) but this is going nowhere.
Come on guys/girls, it’s a public forum and as I see it someone trying to help others is no bad thing. What’s occuring though is, and our community on the forums is normally a friendly place.
There is no wrong answer in this situation, and believe it or not some people don’t actually know how to Download gifts (it has happened before, so in theory could happen again).
We have to remember that as well as adults on here, there could be kids, and being new to the franchise (Lego champions expansion I’m thinking here), they may not know all the controls, options and layouts like us long-term players. So any advice is good advice!
Either which way, I’d think it would be safe to say that if you haven’t received your two cars by now, then submit evidence to support via ticket, and I’m sure you’ll receive them in the post (sorry mailbox) soon.

Got mine yesterday! Driving around a V12 Skyline gtr is pretty hilarious lol. I prefer the 1089hp stock motor though 
Did they announce this anywhere besides discord? I wish I had known about it. Hopefully they will do it again in the future.

The promotion was mentioned by the official Forza twitter account, @ForzaMotorsport. I learned about it from a few posts made by this forum’s Moderator, @ManteoMax. (I’ve provided the links to those forum posts and an image of what the promotion looked like below.)
Anyway, it was not disclosed in advance what the reward would be or that there were actually two rewards up for grabs. So working off that information alone (which was essentially nothing), it was up to each person to decide for him or herself whether that were enough of an incentive to watch the stream live versus watching the VOD or watching the stream live through a site other than Mixer.
As for Discord . . . it’s a very quirky website. I don’t believe that anything there is directly linkable. So if you have a compatible web browser, then go to: http://discordapp.com and select, “Open Discord in your browser”. If you manage to maintain your sanity and get through all the weird pop-up forms, then you should eventually see, “Find new communities on Discord”. In that search box, type: Forza Motorsport. In the search results, look for and click on: “Forza Official”. On the left-side of your browser you’ll see a scrollable list of “hashtag” topics – just move down the list and click on: “# fh4-general”. And fi-na-lly: Good luck trying to find the information that you seek in that digestive mess.*
