I haven’t got mine either, but I think I heard that you need a Gold membership to receive prizes. My Gold recently expired, so I’m not sure if it has anything to do with that.
Those are VIP gift cars, you get a different car with an exclusive livery every month. This month had two, one with the Rocket Bunny logo, one with the Liberty Walk logo.
I haven’t gotten it yet either.
The wording in the post makes me think that everyone who sets a time is in the running, but not everyone will receive a car. I hope I’m wrong though.

Yeah, I’m waiting for Week 1 and Week 2, I really hope that it doesn’t turn out to be like last seasons gifting schedule (if there actually was one)

I set a clean time in week 1 still havent got my ford GT, im on PC so i dont need the gold membership

Do you have to register with the ESL to receive the rewards in the first place? Maybe they send the rewards out on the 25th, after ESL registration closes?

Did anyone receive their week 1 or week 2 Forza RC prize cars in Horizon 3, for participating in the Rivals events?
Or was there any news about having to wait until the end of the RC tournament?

Already running in the three weeks and nothing of cars of gift!
I don’t think prizes are given out until after the championship has ended, at least the physical ones are not. I would imagine the cars are treated the same way, or it may take a while since anyone who posts a time gets a car.
From the rules page:
PRIZES:
Prizes may take up to 90 days to deliver though we will make best efforts to deliver prizes within 30 days following the Season 2 Grand Finals.
90 days following the Season 2 Grand Finals… which are on December 11th. So, mid March?
Wouldn’t surprise me if that was the case.
Most prizes only deliver after the whole entire season is over. That’s how it worked last season, anyways.
Not for the cars, those appeared in the message box during the following week.
