Ok so first run of the week and I’m currently sitting on a 1:32.508 in Jimbos Aston.
Someone above me said how they begrudged spending credits on car points. Well I’ve more than made back all the credits I invested in the CP necessary to install the tune in less than 30 mins via hotlapping. I was starting with a lvl 1 car.
Time is money.

The 2 super ugly lambos don’t waste your time they are pretty slow
Moved to the Ferrari took a couple of builds but she’s pretty dang good

Up next is Miura then dbs

I started with the Dino, but found the Miura working better for me. Now a 1.33.645 with my own tune.
The corner cutting will do a lot this week.
Definitely in turn 1 there’s so much time be gained by cutting that right hander just the right amount.
Just squeaked ahead of @HLR_Moss and @haulmarc with a 1:32.436.
I too am enjoying this weeks car and track selection. Had a run with the Dino but I think the AM is the faster overall car.
Dude? What in the world? Never thought thst the dino can win a flowerpot here. These vintage tunings drive me nuts… But thanks to Mr. Chronic, the car became as fast as stepmom on sunday mornings. A handfull of rounds, Dont know the actuall time, but… thx man.
1.32.677 in the Dino with Chronic’s tune. Which was ‘only’ 2 seconds quicker than my time with my own ‘tune’ haha.
Is what happens when you compare clueless to great tuning

1:33.263 with the Aston and Jimbo’s tune.
I have actually used 2 cars this week so far. I usually just level up what is perceived to be the quickest and go with that as levelling up was too much of a pain. I have used the Aston and the Dino and to my surprise I was quickest in the Dino with an @JSR_Chronic setup.
Time set 1:32:907 Dino Chronic.
I may even try Miura next just because I can now without the grind.

1:31.5 if memory is correct in Jimbos Aston with a dirty .4 as my best so far. This car should do 30s based on certain splits. I dont think the Aston can take #1, but definitely close the gap to #2.
These cars are going to surprise people in B class lobbies.
Finally figured out how to break through my “wall” into 35s. 1:35.7xx. Dino. Chronic s tune.
Now to see if chasing my ghost yields further results.

A dozen laps with the Miura for a 1:35.373. Then a dozen more with the Dino for 1:36.039. Sidenote: I paid 61k for upgrades on that Dino, and got 24k in payout. This was not a good exchange.
I picked these two because they have a very funny history, for the exact same reason. Two great cars, made by two very salty Italians who hated each other, and wanted to make literally anything but these. And if you don’t know the history, I would gladly oblige.

I am finally starting to figure out the track a bit better, so from here on I just need to run one car.
The problem is that I am torn on what car to use this time.
I think I just need to flip a coin and go with it!
The Aston is faster but a bit squirrely, the Dino seems more my style, but a tad slower and the Miura is right in between. I am only a few tenths off my times in any of them.
So… I think I am gonna flip 
… heads for the Aston and tails for the Dino…
I’ll flip it tomorrow! haha
