Was doing a few laps on my new Cabo Wabo track, admiring the new Halo Ring headed southbound with daytime option, and noticed this dude looking back at me from the upper section of the visible Ring. OK it’s pareidolia, or my paranoia, not sure which, but had to include for others to opinion.
