My car isn’t shared yet, I’m still touching up a bit but I did settle in on one.
Since this is a B class tuning competition and my car is in B Class, I figured I’d just max it out and see how it goes. It may not be a winner but it’s a fun way to tune and push my car to limits and places that I will never be able to in the real world.
I’ll be tuning the 2001 Audi RS4 Avant. It’s almost ready, look for it within a couple of days.

I believe I read no entry limit, deadline 15 Oct. Assuming that is still the case I’ll throw my Road America car in for fun. I HATE THE RING!!!

Yup that is the same tune from the GSW Budget Challenge, waayyyyy back in FM5. From before I considered -2 camber low, 3 bump alot, and ARB’s over 18 excessive. I was noticing the older the tune the more I liked it in FM6 so I went back to the beginning. As long as the build kept the roll cadge and didn’t alter either front or rear tire width everything seemed to transfer over quite nicely. Sadly the stock 6.6L with a cam didn’t work then and doesn’t work now. Only time will tell if the '77 is still as overweight and PI challenged as it was in the past. It has no where near enough grip for me on the Ring so I’m praying that these talented drivers can hang on to it.

I have taken a few out for standing laps. Crash I saved you a replay. ATM my PB is 8:13.xxx and I ran an 8:09.xxx dirty in the old TA. There is more in it if I can keep it between the white lines lol.
Cool! I was clean on a 8:19 standing lap when I hit the curb on the high speed dog leg left at a hundred and “too fast”. AHHHHHHH! there went 7 minutes I’m never going to get back!!! I think I’m on the board dirty with a 8:07 but that was with sport tires and 5.5 not 4.8 grip. I should have just shared a vinyl and made you grab it and SwedishThunder’s scream’n chicken. White isn’t doing it for me, It needs to be black&gold.

The only tune I found of yours was called ‘y’
Sort of going to need to leave it up until all 3 of us grab the car.
I have grabbed everyones that has posted thus far.
No problem … I guess im just a bit timid about other people (not you guys) trying the raw unfinished tune and deciding that the build and tune is utter crap … people get defensive about their stuff…
On the other hand i also worry that i use it in the B the class lobbies and then the pubbers download it off me and beat me with my own tune … (embarrassment) lol
Oh well i’ll get over it i guess.

@Maxisone - Don’t get over it “EMBRACE IT”. It took me a while to figure it out but unless you are the best driver in all of Forza someone better be able to beat you in your own tune. I actually find it more embarrassing when I don’t get beat in my own tune… Hey that diver has been beating me by 1 sec all night long and now is using my tune and loosing by 1 sec… Hmmmm…

P.S. Please keep it up until you hit the 500 tune limit. The best part of these comps is driving everyone’s unique solution and compare your times/notes with that of the official drivers.
I love it when someone bits me with my own tune…lol…that means i did a hell of a job…keep doing what you’re doing and stay true to yourself.
You might want to keep in mind the issue with downloading (and not installing) tunes, which provide you with the incorrect front settings (ARB/psi).

Unless you are all going to tell us the pertinent details, we will never know exactly. FWIW, Ive had a quick check whilst standing still and all appears ok.
Just wanted to double-check since I did not know you were doing all new cars for the submissions. Not sure what you meant about the details…anyway, you got it covered.

Unless you open source the tune, we cant confirm exactly via telemetry other than its not stock.
What we did in the GT comp, as we submitted our tunes, was to provide the front psi and camber so the ERS team could validate.
