When trying to play, the entire environment is just gray everywhere. It’ll load for 1 second then as you progress everything just grays out around you. Completely unplayable. Is there any resolution to this?!

Does this issue persist after rebooting?
Which Graphics Mode setting were you using? (Graphics or Performance) Does the issue still occur after changing to the other setting?
Which Motion Blur setting were you using, and does toggling that setting have any effect?
Are you only experiencing graphics issues in gameplay, or on menu screens as well?
I have tried a combo of all the different graphics modes as well as motion blur settings in game and on console. It happens when I am trying to drive a car as well as any loading of the cars, they are all grayed out. It was able to load maybe 2 seconds of surrounding area and then boom everything grey again. I have tried online, offline, redownloading, clearing cache. Everything.
