"I am receiving error codes stated whenever I try to launch Apex Beta on my Windows 10 laptop with specification (i5 RAM is 8GB DDR3, VRAM is 6 GB 4 processors and 2 cores and Intel VGA 4400 4GB with updated Driver). I have contacted Xbox Support and was informed that so far only AMD and Nvidia GPUs are shown as supported on they support documents. Can you help me get this error fixed, and I would like to confirm if the specification of my device is capable of running the game. I was able to play these games on my device (Project cars, Need For speed Rival etc)
. Thank you. I appreciate your help and fast response.

Intel HD4400 → DirectX 11.1 certified so won’t be able to play/use all functions coming with a native DirectX12 game like Apex.
In windows search type - dxdiag
click on the result and let the process run.
Click save information, choose a location to save the txt file.

But i have DirectX12 and updated driver version
How can I post the .txt file
Hello, I have the same problem on my laptop with i3 5005u, 12GB RAM and an Intel HD 5500 video card with support for DirectX 12, only at the time that Intel has not released new drivers with the function of DX12.
Intel broke DX12 support in their latest drivers according to some posts around the internet. Maybe go to their site and email them for support?
