So, just out of curiosity will we get the ability to gift cars again? I loved this feature in the first horizon and am not sure why it hasn’t come back… I used to do custom builds for my friends and liveries so we could develop a “team” style. It made the game so much more fun to share and gift our builds and drive each other’s cars.

There’s no gifting in FH4 but you could coordinate an auction time for someone.

Also, in Team events (maybe all Convoy events), others can borrow any of the eligible cars from the convoy leader’s garage for that event.

Can you gift cars to friends? If yes how do you do it

I could understand not gifting cars because turn 10 wants to keep the auction house economy flowing. However, the feature I miss most was the club garage. I loved getting my friends together for playground games or races and being able to share cars and test each other’s builds. It really helped with learning about different cars and just made the game so much more interesting. That would be the feature I wish fh4 could have! I’ll throw it in feature requests hopefully it gets some attention :wink:

Ah, don’t worry, I’m sure at SOME POINT in FH4 they’d add Car Gifting. I mean like, they’ve even got Koenigsegg CC series from FH2.

Isn’t there a gift in the messages tab? I’m sure I got a car or two from there

The Forza Community team can Gift things to players (wheelspins, cars, credits, etc.); players cannot gift things to each other.

However, as ManteoMax pointed out, you can coordinate an auction with a friend (although if you intend to auction a DLC car to them, they would still need to own that DLC entitlement in order to own that car).

You don’t have to own a DLC car to “borrow” the leader’s car in an event.
