I’ve been playing since before official release of the game and I have yet to even see one in the 1000s of wheelspins I’ve had. I bought mine in the auction house. It’s irritating as a police vehicle anyway because it’s the only car with police lights that will not work. They’re easily available in the auction house now too which makes them next to useless as a prize on the playlist so I’m not sure why they even bothered.

Sell it on the AH for 2m+ Cr before the prices drop. I sold one of mine the other day for 2.4m Cr.
I’ve put 7 or 8 in the auction house, all from wheelspins (between 5 accounts). Before they changed the pricing scheme I just hung on to them. Afterwards, I listed once cause I saw I could set buyout over 1 million. Gonna in seconds. Next day listed another over 2 million. Last two I’d sold were 3.7 million, still gone in seconds. In one day, first 3 accounts I logged in to, their first wheelspin was the crown Vic.
Won’t be worth much now, but that’s ok

We played the AH good then. Lol. It’s nice being able to list a rare car for a few million rather than a few thousand.

This will be my forth Crow Vic, but I prefer the Impala.
I was surprised that the Impala is a 20M car.
