Since last month, in my Garage, many thubnails for cars are missing, especially DLC cars and some of them are misaligned, they appear on the far left of the boxes.

This bug has the same origin as the grey livery bug… Memory management in the menu is a mess.
Worth noting that, after a fresh reboot, this problem is aggravated because the thumbnails are not stored in the memory yet.
