My gamertag is banned from the multiplayer functionality(forzamotorsport6)

Bans are adjudicated by Turn 10 staff based on violations of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct
so you will need to contact them via email at forzafb@microsoft.com. You will receive an automated response upon receipt, with links to various information and these forums which is a sign your sent it to the correct place.
After that, wait. Because of the volume of emails received by Turn 10 it may take a while to receive an account. When you write, make sure to include all gamertags in use on your Xbox One. Neither bans nor the enforcement of the regulations are discussed on these forums.
