Hello there, I am here because I’ve got a problem with Forza Motorsport 6. It doesn’t let me play online, it’s said that “your gamertag has been banned from this feature”. I’ve been banned for 7 days but I can’t see the reason since I’ve never violated the Xbox Live Code of Conduct. I do not use the chatroom, I do not attack the others competitors… to be honest, I’m the one who is always knocked out. So what’s the problem? I have already sent an email to Forza Motorsport but I’ve received any answers. My gamertag is “itscarmine93”. Looking forward to receiving your reply.
Unsportsmanlike conduct, like crashing others by driving into the first corner at full acceleration or waiting down a lap or two to attempt to wreck the leaders as they come around is a violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct which Turn 10 employees enforce. Therefore the seven-day (168-hour) ban is placed.
Your ban will probably be over before you receive any response, the volume of emails to Turn 10 is too high. Neither bans nor the enforcement of the Code are discussed on these forums.
